Well I know this post is kinda late but I will do it anyways. The number one question a person would ask when their on a diet would be "what healthy foods to eat?" or "How to eat healthy?" Well today I'm going to answer those questions. It might look hard but it's really easy.
For a person that love red meat or chicken should try veggie meals like BOCA or Morningstar. Morningstar is good but I prefer BOCA, Boca taste like the real thing and its a really popular brand.
Love taco bell or mexican food, but you know its really bad for you. Well you should try Amy's Kitchen frozen meals. I have tasted her food and I love it, its meatless* but it taste like the real thing! I give her products ***** stars. A big snacker? Well I know I am, one way you can snack in a healthy way would be by eating the 100 calorie snacks. I eat these and I have to say they are very yummy. I buy the chips ahoy brand and it taste really good, they are baked like a potato chip and there's a lot in one bag.
